What it is
This isn't a standalone program so much as how the other three reach people. A concert series with no school pipeline is a concert series. A youth program with no venue partner is a rehearsal.
Every partnership below is a distribution channel for free seats, a source of students, a place to teach, or a room to play in, and frequently all four at once.

Why funders ask about this
A partnership list is the difference between an organization that serves a community and one that visits it.
Grantmakers read partnership rosters closely because they answer the question a mission statement can't: does anyone local actually want this? Signed venue agreements, named school contacts, and a standing relationship with the City are worth more in an application than any amount of programmatic language.

Support the music
A student is waiting on an instrument that has not been bought yet.
That is not a metaphor. It is the actual state of the lending library. Donations pay working musicians, hold free seats for students and seniors, put instruments in young players' hands, and record the elders while there is still time. In that order.
